For this occasion, I have chosen the word COMPASSION. I’ve seen very often children and animals being compassionate to each other and more rarely adults showing compassion. I think this is wrong, as adults should be initiators of such behaviours as it is them who are educating children, not vice-versa. I would be happy to see more compassion among my fellow-adults in all the situations of every day life. Compassion can unite persons of any age, sex or background and can peacefully create more gratitude among people in our society.
In comparison to ignorance or selfishness which are very often seen nowadays, compassion puts people together and creates a peace of mind and such good inner emotions that are bringing about also a lower blood pressure, a more relaxed body & mind and a better immunity. Selfishness creates negative feelings and emotions between people, while compassion hamonises the souls and creates a common feeling of shared support, which is essential especially when someone is suffering.
Just remember that most of the people you run into have more difficult lives than yours, so show them with generosity some COMPASSION if needed, it does not cost a thing. Have a happy & peaceful summer everyone 🙂 !
Let us send peace thoughts towards Ukraine, towards this part of Eastern Europe that is suffering today. Let’s hope for a very soon end of the violence and for Life winning over destructions. Let us pray for peace and calm in Ukraine and everywhere!

If you want peace, you don’t talk to your friends. You talk to your enemies. Desmond Tutu
I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality… I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Mankind must remember that peace is not God’s gift to his creatures; peace is our gift to each other. Elie Wiesel
To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him. Buddha
I am not only a pacifist but a militant pacifist. I am willing to fight for peace. Nothing will end war unless the people themselves refuse to go to war. Albert Einstein

Dear readers, I am sharing a post of fellow blogger Peter Klopp, as a solidarity for the people of Ukraine who are now suffering because of the lack of respect and civilisation from the Russian neighbour. It goes without saying that I, as a citizen on this planet and as a human being, totally condemn this attacks… I don’t have friends in Ukraine yet but I know how it was in my country and the countries of my friends from Eastern Europe when the Communists came and seemed that did not want to leave…They did not just come for a walk, they destroyed places and killed people for no reason…The Nazis did the same….But I am also wondering, like mr. Klopp’s father, when our and everyone’s rulers will stop KILLING & DESTROYING JUST FOR PUTTING MORE MONEY OR POWER IN THEIR POCKETS? We are already in 2022……and still in many civilised places, democracy does not exist.
Take care of yourselves and remember the song “Let it be” whenever you may be!
Hello everyone! I hope you’ll enjoy reading this post. As another useful word came to my mind these days, I thought this was a sign for a new post here. It will make you smile but, most important, if you keep it in your life, it could very well give you another level to reach a happy and long life. Hm, what is that? This word is HUMOUR.
I think this aspect is equally important and, using it as often as possible, it will strenghten your immunity and make you see things from a different perspective, a wiser one. We don’t need to exaggerate and say you should laugh at a funeral…but we all know laughing helps the heart and you’ll not go to funerals every day.
The secret lies in the style with which you react to things, situations, people; there can be people whose bad feelings or negativity could try to reach to you, intentionally or not. But your HUMOUR will be your secret weapon to protect yourself. Or if your boss gives you a ‘slap’ by criticizing you for no reason, again mr. HUMOUR will help you imagine him being chased by Japanese single women who want to marry him…For sure, HUMOUR sometimes needs also imagination and I’m sure you are not lacking that either.
A few thoughts about HUMOUR below that can match hopefully many tastes:
“Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not; a sense of humor to console him for what he is.” Francis Bacon
‘Twill help you all along the way, An’ cheer you mile by mile; An’ so, whatever is your lot, Jes’ smile, an’ smile, an’ smile. Author Unknown, Smile
“My wish for you is that you continue. Continue to be who and how you are, to astonish a mean world with your acts of kindness. Continue to allow humor to lighten the burden of your tender heart.” Maya Angelou
“In scientists’ opinion, good humor is able to extend human life by 7 and even more years. And this applies even to people whose health is not perfect, in general. Such is the ‘magic’ of good humor, the scientists say.” Vanessa Angel, You Live the Life You Want to Live
“Good humor is one of the preservatives of our peace and tranquility.” Thomas Jefferson
Humor is mankind’s greatest blessing. Mark Twain
You are not angry with people when you laugh at them. Humor teaches tolerance. W. Somerset Maugham
It’s your outlook on life that counts. If you take yourself lightly and don’t take yourself too seriously, pretty soon you can find the humor in our everyday lives. And sometimes it can be a lifesaver. Betty White
Try to find someone with a sense of humor. That’s an important thing to have because when you get into an argument, one of the best ways to diffuse it is to be funny. You don’t want to hide away from a point, because some points are serious, but you’d rather have a discussion that was a discussion, rather than an argument. Ed Sheeran
I choose my actors well and get to know the quirks of their personalities – and, most of all, I share humor with them. Then I keep my eyes open when they rehearse and perform, because you never know where the next stimulation comes from. George Cukor
A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book. ~Irish Proverb
Laughter is the sun that drives winter from the human face. ~Victor Hugo
„ Humour is a force. Nothing can unite people better than laughter” — Lev Tolstoi
Nicolae Iorga: Good words, smile and good deeds are sunshine rays mirrored in the human heart
Arsenie Papacioc: Learn to have always a smile hidden in your heart.
The doctor has told me that I have six more months to live. The moment I told him I could not pay the invoice, he gave me six more months to live. Walter John Matthau
Who does not have a sese of humour can be serious but never intelligent. Vasile Ghica
You shall see in many situations that it is not exactly humour that comes to your spirit, it can be joy, it can be just a smile or a strong laughter; in any case always remember to keep that inner humour vibes in your heart. I also have the hope that the funny photo I have chosen for this little post can bring you a bit of laughter.
Keep also joy in your heart, be this humour, happiness or positivity and offer it also to others. Celebrate every little or big success and share good jokes with others. Remember always that a smile can open doors that words cannot. Stay healthy, joyful and smileeee to life!
Hello again with positive vibes! I have chosen another word for you, taken from my life experience and from everything I have seen so far. Many of the people I know, in my home country but not only, have a certain degree of fear. They stay in the same job for years, even if they like it or not; they remain in relationships based on fear and not on happiness, as they are afraid to take a small risk and find maybe the right person or just to eliminate what does not bring them happiness, health or good vibes. Too many people live with a constant fear or worry and the choices that they make are not supporting their real happiness. So, my word is Courage.
This does not mean to take out your sword and attack anything that looks like an enemy. It means that sometimes you need Courage to clean up a bit your life and reassess your values or just follow what makes you happy. Of course, it is not comfortable and it is a risk. But do like me – take a small risk, after you are sure that it is the best choice. You are always backed up by your guardian angel so whatever you do, you are not alone. Keep the faith and remember that you have the right to be happy, to have what you deserve in your career or the best health; if you feel that something is missing, think, analyse and try to see some ways through which you could improve your life-segment that needs help.
Keep Courage in your heart and rememeber that what is coming is better than what was going. Faith and courage will support you in getting the life you deserve – the right partner, the best job, the perfect health, true friends or everything else that is not quite right in your life. Your eyes should stay wide open and try to force yourself to have positive thoughts – you attract what you think of.
Have just the Courage to live well and know your value; this way, everything else will just fit like in a puzzle. Good luck and ”bon courage”!
Good day dear readers! I hope my post finds you in good health. Today I choose another word we can all think about, the deeper, the better. This word is ”Life”. It is an old and well-known word and we all have one but very few take time, even a little, to think if they really cherish it as they should – theirs and also the life of others.
Life is precious, essential and yet, fragile. I decided to use Life as the word of my small essay today because of a recent experience. I was on the way to a nice place where, together with my family, we wished to visit some historical heritage spots and enjoy some sunshine. On the road leading to the town that was our destination, on a bridge road, there was a blockage. I thought it is just something small, insignificant. But I had the bad idea of looking through the car when we got close and there was someone lying on a side of this upper road with blood around and some para-medics already trying the life-saving maneuvers. My good humour decreased to 0 in one second and I could only say a quick prayer that they manage to save that person. That person was riding a motorbike and who knows whose fault it was…Unfortunately, later, on the radio, in the news they reported that that person died.
I wish not to ruin your positive mood but I tell you like I would tell my family – LIFE is extremely precious and fragile, do not put it to risk anymore! Without Life, without health & safety, we have nothing. Life gives us the freedom for everything. I think you know enough about this for sure but with every sunrise or sunset, take extra 5min. to meditate and focus on yourselves – thank God or whoever for all the good in your Life and say ”forgive me” towards those to whom maybe you did something wrong. Be happy for your Life and for everything you have- non-physical, mental, physical, etc. Cleaning up a bit your mind and reminding yourself about the important things is a good self-awareness exercise that I also try to do as often as I can. Now, in this epidemy-situation, our freedom is limited but you can do a lot even at home, in your balcony, in your building/house outer space. Stay emotionally-fit and healthy and put a bigger value on your Life, day by day; respect yourselves and do not tolerate a lack of respect towards you from anyone. The fact that you live is the biggest proof of God’s/Buddha’s/etc., parents’ and remaining family’s love for you and everything you mean or represent.
As this is starting to get long and many of you, to whom I send my best thoughts of health and happiness for the special Catholic Easter days, can have Easter eggs waiting to be coloured, eaten or decorated, I shall try to finish my little story with thoughts on Life. Honour your LIFE, be grateful to those who created you spiritually & physically, take good care of your health, feed yourselves with natural stuff, sleep enough, work for ethical people/ organisations, keep music in your life – do whatever you do, but always remembering that your LIFE is precious, that is divine and amazing and take care of it! Lots of love & good thoughts from your friend, Josephina 🙂 🙂
P.S. Maybe the photo can inspire you – it is a magical spot on the island of Thassos, Greece.
The word I have in mind for the wise thought of today is a very important one I think. For those who have this emotional strength life can seem amazing; for those who don’t, there are many ways to get it and keep it. But this whole process is not easy, even for those who feel it or have it naturally. This word is Faith.
Sometimes and you may have lived it too..it so hard to keep the faith but we all have the good old and amazing Bon Jovi & his team to teach us that, right? 🙂 But we all know that sometimes nothing can work. There is stress, there are maybe small moments of bad luck… or just a very bad night sleep…and everything seems dark grey. But we must remember, especially in these complicated moments of our lives, that after the rain it is always the sun that is coming. This thought should accompany us every day, no matter what weather we have where we live 🙂
Let’s keep the faith always up inside us and offer a bit also to others when they need it.
Faith and trust go many times hand in hand so I wish you to be able to have them as a good support for your inner strength and evolution as with such h of power of mind, nothing can stand in your way. But, let’s admit it, we don’t need to move mountains, 🙂 I think most of these ones in Europe occupy a good spot. But as long as ”we keep our faces in the sunshine, we shall never see shadows”…I don’t remember who has said this but this wise person is clearly right.
Maybe not all of you know, but 20 May is the world day of the bees. So I wanted to dedicate this lines to them as I am very grateful they exist. I also wish that they continue to live in Europe and beyond; without them we wouldn’t have many vegetables, flowers and fruits.
I would hope that you will read this and that, maybe, you can do something for them; it takes 10 minutes to plant a small flower in a pot in your balcony, the yellow ones are attracting most of the bees. Or you can also buy a pot of good honey from your local producers; yes, I know it is more expensive but you are doing so much with a bit of extra money – help your health with some good quality honey, help the local honey producers and, most of all, help the bees in your region live, work and survive. And, through this, you also help your family, friends to have a healthier life.
Also, use with trust all their products to improve and maintain your immunity and health (pollen, honey, mother bee milk, beeswax); for who has babies, remember that you can also mix in their meals, starting from 12 months/ 1 year old, pollen or honey.
You have here lots of information about the bees in different countries:
I hope that these can give you some nice ideas or just some new knowledge about our friends, the bees. I hope they will be much better from now on and that they continue to help us staying healthy and enjoy the fruit of their work – the perfumed & golden liquid that has been the center of human activities since immemorial times. And yes, please use no chemicals in your daily activities to keep also our air & water healthy; thank you everyone !
The Bees Little Prince wishes to thank you for your time & attention given for reading !
It is with sadness that I heard what happened to Luke Perry…as I was sure he would get over this AVC.., at least him as my grandma died of the same thing..I was shocked to hear that at his age, he got so seriously ill…Especially because he had always been an amazing guy and a sensitive and talented actor.
For years on, I watched the Beverly H 90210 and it was making my day, testing my English level and having fun with all the characters in the series. And I liked each and everyone of them, my favourite being Jennie Eve Garth. But the most important is that all of them taught me how important friendship is and that, at the end of the day, no matter how good or bad things can be, it is amazing to know you can count on someone, on a good friend..or, even better, on good friends.
So, I do not wish to say good-bye to Luke Perry as it feels sad to lose these amazing memories I have of my first youth-years, I just hope his remaining family will remember and keep his heritage going, for his sake and for our sake. I hope his children appreciate what they have received from him as a father and his current and former partners the happy times they had together as well as his parents&brother who for sure will miss him.
May God Rest Your Soul in Peace, dear friend Luke!
5. “Daca urasti o persoana, atunci esti invinsa de ea.” Nu purta niciodata ranchiuna oamenilor care iti gresesc, ci uita-i pur si simplu. Ce sens are sa ii lasi in continuare sa iti otraveasca sufletul? 6. “Omul superior care cauta ceva, cauta in el insusi; omul inferior cauta in altii.”
Life Lessons from Confucius
Here are a few examples of his ideas below, full of wisdom and force, that for sure can guide you in searching and finding everything you wish.
1. It’s not important how slowly you go as you are still going (don’t give up your dreams&plans even if they advance slowly)
2. Don’t become a friend of someone who is not better than you (find people from whom you can learn constantly and this way you’ll always evolve)
3. When you are nervous, think of the consequences (don’t let impulsivity take decisions for you and try to regain your calm)
4. When there is no way to reach your aims, do not change your aims but change your steps (do not give up after a few trials, find new ways to approach your targets) 5. If you hate someone, you are defeated by them ( do not keep in mind people who hurt you, just forget them)
6. A superior being who looks for something, looks within themselves; an inferior being looks at others (people should always try to improve themselves)
7. Wherever you go, go with all your heart (put your good energy in everything you do, thus you’ll never have regrets)
8. Give advice only to people who can admit they can be wrong (try to help people who understand they have been wrong)
9. If you also focus on small advantages, it will be easier to advance in life (small accomplishments are important, they motivate your personal development). 10. If people harm you behind your back, it means you are in front of them (do not use your energies for people who attack you in sneaky ways, they will never have any force on you)
